Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab Center Helps 45 Year Old Regain Independence
Lolita Roberts was an active, and energetic 45 year old. Until one day, her life took a dramatic turn when she was hit by a car. After an extensive hospital stay Lolita was admitted to Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab Center. Lolita was uncertain about being admitted to a rehab center because she was so young and did not know how they would be able to help her.
Lolita realizes now that going to short term rehabilitation was the best possible choice for her recovery and without the caring staff at Fairlane she would not be where she is today. When Lolita arrived at Fairlane she needed total assistance for all of her daily activities. The staff, including the Etta the Director of Nursing, took extra time to care for her and make her feel comfortable with her sudden change in abilities.
“I am very grateful to the staff and Etta at Fairlane,” said Lolita, “They were kind and patient with me. They helped get back to being independent.”
Lolita has recently been discharged back home and is completely independent. She became such an important part of the family at Fairlane the staff still keeps in contact with her.
